5. Mintegral

Before Mintegral shows any ad, you need:

A free Mintegral account
Four IDs copied into AdMob

If you stop half-way nothing breaks: Mintegral simply does not bid, and Google keeps filling your ads as before.

You will copy these into AdMob:

Steps

Tick each step when done. Your ticks are saved on this device.

Sign up at dev.mintegral.com/user/signup and log in.
Open the APP Setting tab and copy your APP Key (one key for the whole account).
Click Add APP, choose Android, fill in your Play Store link, click Save and copy the APP ID.
Open "Placements & Units, click Add Placement, give it a name and format (for native choose Native (Custom Rendering)), choose Header Bidding, and click Save".
Copy the Placement ID, then open the 1 AD Units dropdown and copy the AD Unit ID.
In AdMob go to Mediation, click Create mediation group (or open one), choose the format and Android, and add your ad units.
In the Bidding card click Add ad source, pick Mintegral, and accept the partnership/agreement prompt.
Click Add mapping, enter App ID, App Key, Placement ID and Ad Unit ID, click Done, then Save.
Add Mintegral's lines to your app-ads.txt.

Watch out for

Placement ID and Ad Unit ID are two different numbers; the Ad Unit ID is hidden under the 1 AD Units dropdown.

A placement created as Waterfall will not bid; it must be Header Bidding.

The build fails to resolve the SDK unless Mintegral's Maven repository is added; minimum Android API 24.

Mintegral publishes its app-ads.txt guidance (linked from Google's guide); your lines come from the Mintegral developer dashboard. The exact fixed line format was not confirmed from an official source here; copy it from the dashboard.
