Your website is now an app. The screenshots are what decide whether people install it. Drop in a few screenshots, pick a phone frame and a background, write one short line above each, and download images sized for Google Play.
Show what someone does in the first minute: the home screen, the one thing your app is for (ordering, booking, reading, playing), and one screen that proves it is a real app, such as the side menu, a notification or the offline screen. Skip the login page and the cookie banner.
Two to eight screenshots are allowed. Four good ones beat eight similar ones.
Close pop-ups and chat bubbles before you capture. If your site shows a "download our app" banner, hide it inside the app with a line of custom CSS so it never appears in the app or in your screenshots.
Google Play takes PNG or JPEG images between 320 and 3840 pixels on each side, with the long side no more than twice the short side. The tool exports within those limits.
