1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FireAdmin ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. FireAdmin is developed and maintained by SmartrixLabs.

2. Description of Service

FireAdmin is a mobile application that provides a Firebase Admin Panel interface for Android devices. The App allows you to:

• Browse and manage Firestore databases (collections, documents, fields)
• View and manage Firebase Authentication users
• Browse, upload, and manage Cloud Storage files
• View and update Firebase Remote Config parameters
• Send push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging
• View Firebase project analytics and usage statistics

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account & Credentials

4.1 Your Firebase Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security and proper use of your Firebase service account credentials. FireAdmin stores your credentials locally on your device and does not transmit them to our servers.

4.2 Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Firebase credentials
• All activities that occur through the App using your credentials
• Ensuring your Firebase project security rules are properly configured
• Backing up your data before performing any destructive operations

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FireAdmin only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the App to access Firebase projects you are not authorized to manage
• Use the App to store, distribute, or process illegal or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to violate Google Firebase Terms of Service
• Distribute modified versions of the App
• Use the App to perform unauthorized data collection or scraping
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

6. Firebase & Google Services

FireAdmin is an independent third-party application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or Firebase. Your use of Firebase services through this App is also subject to:

• Firebase Terms of Service
• Google Cloud Terms of Service
• Google Privacy Policy

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

The FireAdmin App, including its design, code, logo, name, and user interface, is the intellectual property of SmartrixLabs. All rights are reserved.

7.2 Your Data

You retain full ownership of your Firebase project data. FireAdmin does not claim any rights to data stored in your Firebase projects.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• All Firebase features will be supported
• The App will be compatible with all devices or Android versions
• Data modifications made through the App can be undone
• The App will always accurately represent your Firebase data

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartrixLabs shall not be liable for:

• Any data loss, corruption, or unintended modifications to your Firebase project
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from unauthorized access to your Firebase credentials
• Any interruption or cessation of the App

Important: Always maintain backups of your Firebase data. FireAdmin provides direct access to modify your production data — use with caution.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SmartrixLabs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The App may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. Refund requests should be directed to Google Play support.

12. Updates & Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time
• Add, remove, or change features without prior notice
• Require App updates for continued use

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes through the App or our website.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
