MazeVerse ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") is a mobile puzzle game developed and published by MazeVerse. • Rewarded Ads – Optional video ads that users can choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards (coins or items)

Rewarded ads are entirely voluntary. Users are never required to watch ads to progress in the game.

For users identified as children or when the App is directed at children:

• We use Google AdMob's child-directed treatment settings where applicable
• Personalized advertising is disabled for child users
• Rewarded ads are optional and never required for game progression

7. Parental Rights

Since we do not collect personal information from any users, there is no personal data to review, modify, or delete. Parents or guardians can:

• Clear all locally stored game data by clearing the App's data in device settings

Part 2 – Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MazeVerse, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

MazeVerse is a free-to-play mobile puzzle game featuring 100 levels across 10 worlds, plus 10 special challenge levels. The game includes in-game currency (coins), a shop for power-up items, and advertisements.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. In-Game Currency and Items

• Coins are earned through gameplay or by watching voluntary rewarded ads
• Coins can be used to purchase in-game power-up items (extra lives, shields, time extensions, compass, bombs)
• Items can also be obtained for free by watching rewarded ads
• In-game currency and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred
• There are no real-money in-app purchases in this App

5. Advertisements

The App is supported by advertisements. By using the App, you agree to the display of ads including banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads. Rewarded ads are always optional and provide in-game benefits when viewed.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unintended advantage
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• Redistribute or republish the App or its content

7. Intellectual Property

All content in MazeVerse, including but not limited to graphics, animations, sounds, music, game mechanics, level designs, and code, is the intellectual property of MazeVerse and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Use the App at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MazeVerse and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data or game progress.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. Your license to use the App terminates automatically if you violate any of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
