Built-in pop-ups and a splash that moves

### 1. Ask users to rate the app

Turn on 'Ask users to rate the app' in the Display step and choose after how many app opens, and how many days to wait before asking again. The app then shows Google Play's own rating sheet at a calm moment - after the page has loaded, never over an ad or a dialog.

Google Play only shows the sheet for apps installed from Google Play, and it limits how often each user sees it. A test APK you installed yourself never shows it - use an internal-testing install from Play to see it.

Your page can ask at the right moment too, and learns what happened:

```
const r = await AppMint.requestReview({ openStore: true });
// r.result: 'shown' | 'not_from_play' | 'quota' | 'error'
// openStore: opens your Play listing when the sheet did not show
```

### 2. 'What's new' pop-up

Write a short title and up to 5 lines (one per line). After users update to a new version, the app shows them once as a card in your app's colour with your app icon and one button. It never shows on a first install, and never twice for the same version. Your text is shown exactly as you type it, so write it in your users' language.

### 3. Animated splash

Pick an animated GIF or animated WebP as your splash image and it plays as an animation (Android 9 and newer; older phones show its first frame). Or choose 'Animated app name' - Fade in, Slide up, Scale and bounce or Typewriter - and your app name animates in over the splash in your app name colour and the text size you choose. The splash still lasts as long as before, and a page using splashHold() keeps it up until it is ready.
